The Annual Operations Report is a summary of PCMCP’s activities throughout the year. The report is submitted annually to the State Reclamation and Mosquito Control Board. The Board is charged with establishing administrative technical policy, guidelines, and best management practices for mosquito control programs in Massachusetts. The report contains information on all aspects of the Project including budget, pesticide use, employees, disease activity, water management, and educational programs.
